How much does a sales valuation cost?
Nothing. Our valuations are completely free, take around 30 minutes and come with honest advice on price and marketing - with no obligation to instruct us.
What does full management include for landlords?
Everything from marketing and tenant referencing to compliance checks, inspections, maintenance and the monthly collection of rent. You simply receive your income, on time.
Do you charge tenants any hidden fees?
No. Our service to tenants is transparent and competitive, and we never add hidden fees to the application or move-in process.
Are you members of any professional bodies?
Yes - we’re members of The Property Ombudsman scheme and Propertymark, and we hold a Client Money Protection certificate, so your money and your move are always safeguarded.
